What we did

1516 Hedrick Street is a residential development consisting of (5) single-family homes. The unique shape of this lot allowed us to get creative with the plans. The goal of this project was to provide an attractive, creative, affordable community. This specific home was 3 bedrooms/2.5 baths with first floor living. All five homes pre-sold during construction!
