What we did

1504 Hedrick Street is a residential development consisting of (5) single-family homes. The unique shape of this lot allowed us to get creative with the plans. The goal of this project was to provide an attractive, creative, affordable community. This specific home was 2 bedrooms/2.5 baths with first floor living. The side canopy was designed to be utilized either as a parking area or as a covered outdoor living space.

All five homes pre-sold during construction!
