Renovation
What we did
The existing structure was a multi-family home, and it had two previous additions added to the original structure. One of those additions was built over the property line; consequently, we ended up removing that portion of the structure and went vertical to add a second level.
The proposed design added a bonus room, laundry closet, two bedrooms and two baths to the second level. We also removed multiple walls on the first level to create an open concept. Most of the openings on the first level were kept as originally designed, and, from the sink, the homeowner has 270-degree views of the exterior.
Vecino Homes was the builder for this project. Special thanks to them for the photos.
