What we did

For 6665 Sylvan, we designed a single 2469 SF plan. The plan was designed with first floor living and has 3 beds/4 baths. The second level also has a separate bonus room with cathedral ceilings. The exteriors were designed with a modern farmhouse aesthetic to fit in with the first phase of this development.
