What we did

710 E 34th Street is a project consisting of (2) new homes located in Houston's Independence Heights. It was 2270SF on two levels and consisted of three bedrooms/3.5 baths. This project was also located in the flood zone. This home was roughly 48-inches above the adjacent grade, so our goal on this project was to design a structure that didn't appear to be elevated from the street view.
