What we did

The existing structure was a two bedroom, one bath single-family home with roughly 728 sf. The proposed design added an additional 600 sf to the second level. A master suite, laundry closet and large bonus room was added on the second level. On the first floor, we opened up the floor plan to accommodate a larger living area. To maximize space, a galley kitchen was designed to fit underneath the added stair. The first level also contains one bedroom and full sized bath.
