What we did

730 E 33rd Street is a residential development consisting of four single-family homes in Houston's Independence Heights Neighborhood. This home was over 1600sf and has three bedrooms, two baths and one half bath on three levels. This property is also located in the flood zone.

On this project we had a lot of collaboration with the Traffic Department during the replat. This was due to the existing crosswalk and storm sewer inlets that could not be moved. We were able to successfully achieve a site plan within all these parameters.
