What we did

4916 Park Street was a remodel of an existing home in Houston's East End neighborhood. It's a 2 bedroom / 2 bath home, which was designed with the option to be utilized as two separate short term rentals. An in-suite kitchenette was created in the primary bedroom, which allows it to be utilized as an individual dwelling.
